Convert a Capital One statement to Excel or CSV

Capital One says your past transactions list shows the past two years of account activity on the website, while your statements include the past seven years of transaction history. Five years live only in the PDFs.

Tickvouch converts Capital One PDF statements to CSV or Excel in the browser. The file is not uploaded. Every conversion runs a reconciliation check: opening balance plus every transaction must equal the closing balance, shown as PASS or FAIL with the arithmetic.

Where the Capital One export stops

The two-year on-screen window against seven years of statements is the gap that matters. Anything older than the transactions list exists as a PDF statement and nothing else. The same is true for closed accounts and for a statement a client or tenant sends you.

No CSV, OFX or QFX export from the consumer site is documented on any official Capital One page we could read, so we do not claim one. What is documented, in Capital One's own help center pages, is that the statements hold the seven years.

What Tickvouch does with it

Upload the Capital One PDF statement. Tickvouch reads the transaction table and writes a clean CSV or Excel file.

Every conversion is checked: opening balance plus every transaction must equal the closing balance. You see PASS or FAIL, with the arithmetic, before you download. A FAIL is never hidden.

The file never leaves your browser. Turn off your internet and convert anyway: it still works, which is how you check that claim instead of believing it.

Text-based e-statements only. Scanned statements are not supported yet, and Tickvouch says so instead of guessing.
