Convert a Citibank statement to Excel or CSV
Citi lists its immediate download formats for the past 12 months as PDF, Quicken and Microsoft Money. Excel and CSV are not on that list.
Tickvouch converts Citibank PDF statements to CSV or Excel in the browser. The file is not uploaded. Every conversion runs a reconciliation check: opening balance plus every transaction must equal the closing balance, shown as PASS or FAIL with the arithmetic.

Get your PDF statement from Citi
Log in to Citi Online and open "Statements (PDF)". Under "Recent Statements (Last 12 Months)", pick the date and format, then download. Enable pop-ups first, because the file opens in one.
Where the Citi export stops
Citi says you can immediately view and download statements from the past 12 months in formats that include PDF, Quicken and Microsoft Money, and can continue to access them online for up to 7 years. A CSV or Excel export of transactions is not documented on Citi's own pages, so we do not claim one exists.
Statements older than 12 months are requested month by month under "Older Statements". Citi's own guide says they take 48 to 72 hours to arrive, stay downloadable for only 7 days, and cap at six requests at a time. Rebuilding a year of records leaves you with a folder of PDFs on a deadline, so convert them while you still have them.
What Tickvouch does with it
Upload the Citibank PDF statement. Tickvouch reads the transaction table and writes a clean CSV or Excel file.
Every conversion is checked: opening balance plus every transaction must equal the closing balance. You see PASS or FAIL, with the arithmetic, before you download. A FAIL is never hidden.
The file never leaves your browser. Turn off your internet and convert anyway: it still works, which is how you check that claim instead of believing it.
Text-based e-statements only. Scanned statements are not supported yet, and Tickvouch says so instead of guessing.
