Tickvouch Every conversion ties out, or you see FAIL.

Support

One email address, read by the person who built the tool.

There is no ticket system, no chatbot, and no support portal. Tickvouch is built so that the common problems answer themselves on the page: a failed conversion shows you the arithmetic and costs nothing, the page says plainly when a PDF is a scan instead of guessing at numbers, and flagged rows are marked in the file you receive. When something is still wrong, write to a person.

Email: support@tickvouch.com

Replies arrive from a personal Gmail address, not from support@tickvouch.com. That is because this is one person forwarding one inbox rather than a mail platform. It is worth saying plainly: a reply from a different address is what a genuine answer looks like here, it is not someone impersonating us, and it may need rescuing from your spam folder.

Response target: within 2 working days. This is one person answering, in a personal capacity, not a support team.

What to include

If a conversion is wrong, say which bank the statement is from and what the reconciliation banner showed (PASS, FAIL, or could-not-run). Do not attach the statement itself — it contains your transactions, and the whole design of this tool is that nobody else ever sees them. The bank's name and the banner text are enough to reproduce the layout problem with a synthetic statement.

What gets fixed first

A conversion that ties out but is wrong — a PASS that should not have passed — outranks everything else, because the check is the product. Report one of those and it goes to the top of the list.

A failed conversion returns its credit automatically, with no email needed. For money back on an unused balance, reply to your receipt — see the refund policy.
