Refunds
There is no checkout yet. Nothing on this site can take a payment today. This policy is published in advance so you can read the exit before the entrance exists.
If a conversion fails, you do not pay for it.
Credits are only spent when Tickvouch delivers a converted file that has been through the reconciliation check. Uploading a statement costs nothing. A preview costs nothing. A failed conversion costs nothing — the credits go back on your balance automatically. You do not email anyone and you do not fill in a form.
If you want your money back instead, reply to your receipt within 30 days and we refund your unused balance. No questions, no form, no retention offer.
Credits never expire. There is no monthly reset, no use-it-or-lose-it, and no subscription. You buy a pack, you use it whenever you like.
Your statutory rights come first. Paddle is the merchant of record and applies the refund rights of the country you buy from. Buyers in the EU and the UK have a 14-day right to withdraw. Buyers in Singapore have a 5-day unconditional right. Where the law where you live gives you more than this policy does, the law wins. Nothing on this page removes a right you cannot give up.
Outside those rights, we do not refund credits already spent on a conversion that delivered a file and passed the reconciliation check.
The exception worth naming: a conversion that passes the check but is still wrong. That is the one failure the arithmetic cannot catch by itself, so it cannot refund itself either. Write to support@tickvouch.com with the bank name and what the banner said, and we refund those credits by hand.
Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our payment provider and merchant of record, back to your original payment method.
