Convert a DBS statement to Excel or CSV
DBS digibank shows you up to the past 6 months of transaction history. Your DBS eStatements are kept for 7 years. Everything between those two numbers exists only as a PDF.
Tickvouch converts DBS PDF statements to CSV or Excel in the browser. The file is not uploaded. Every conversion runs a reconciliation check: opening balance plus every transaction must equal the closing balance, shown as PASS or FAIL with the arithmetic.

Get your PDF e-statement from DBS
In digibank mobile: log in, tap More, then eDocuments, then eStatement, and filter by document type and year. In digibank online: open eDocuments, then eStatements, filter, and download. Per DBS's own e-statement help page, statements arrive as Adobe PDF files, eStatements are kept for 7 years from the date of your enrolment, and statements for closed accounts stay viewable.
Where the DBS export stops
Six months against seven years is the whole problem. Transaction history in digibank online reaches back up to the past 6 months, and that is the window the download icon at the top right of the history works within. DBS's own support page does not name the file format that icon produces. A third-party guide (docs.prudent.me) documents it as CSV. Either way, it stops at 6 months.
Your eStatements go back 7 years. So the twenty-four or sixty months a tax review, a loan application or a bookkeeping catch-up asks for sit in the PDFs, not in any export.
The consolidated statement makes it worse
Hold more than one qualifying DBS product and the monthly statement arrives consolidated: deposit accounts, investments and loan products in one document. Credit cards come separately, and passbook-only customers get no statement at all. A consolidated PDF is tidy to file and slow to retype, because one document holds several accounts' worth of rows.
What Tickvouch does with it
Upload the DBS PDF statement. Tickvouch reads the transaction table and writes a clean CSV or Excel file.
Every conversion is checked: opening balance plus every transaction must equal the closing balance. You see PASS or FAIL, with the arithmetic, before you download. A FAIL is never hidden.
The file never leaves your browser. Turn off your internet and convert anyway: it still works, which is how you check that claim instead of believing it.
Text-based e-statements only. Scanned statements are not supported yet, and Tickvouch says so instead of guessing.
Questions
How far back can I see DBS transactions in digibank?
Up to the past 6 months. eStatements are kept for 7 years from your enrolment date, so anything older than 6 months means converting the PDF.
Does DBS export transactions as CSV?
A download icon sits at the top right of the transaction history in digibank online. DBS does not name the output format on that support page, and the history itself only covers 6 months.
Does one DBS statement cover several accounts?
If you hold more than one qualifying product, yes: deposit accounts, investments and loans are consolidated into one monthly statement. Credit cards arrive separately.
Is my statement uploaded to a server?
No. The conversion runs in your browser and the file never leaves your machine. Disconnect your internet and convert to prove it.
